Proj Loc Subtask

Use this subtask to view the location detail for the selected substitute part/project.

Field	Description
Part	This field displays the ID of the part in the selected inventory record.
Rev	This column displays the revision number for the inventory record part.
U/M	This field displays the default or inventory unit of measure for the selected part.
Description	This field displays the part description.
Project	This field displays the project ID associated with the inventory record.
Project Name	This field displays the project name.

Table Window

Field	Description
Warehouse	This field displays the warehouse for the selected substitute part.
Location	This field displays the warehouse location of the selected substitute part inventory record.
Inventory Abbrev	This field displays the inventory abbreviation associated with the selected substitute part inventory record.
Location Quantity	This field displays the substitute part's quantity for the specified warehouse location.
Location Type	This field displays one of the following location types for the selected location. Values are: On-Hold Incoming Inspection MRB On-Hand Reinspection Shipping
Count ID	This field displays the last count ID for the selected location/substitute part/inventory abbreviation.
Last Count Date	This field displays the date of the last physical count for the selected location/substitute part/inventory abbreviation.

Subtask	Description
Serial/Lot Info	Click this link to access the Serial/Lot Information subtask for the selected part, inventory abbreviation, and location line. This link is enabled only if you entered inventory serial/lot tracking for the part.
