Autoload CLIN Subtask

Use the Autoload CLIN subtask to load a list of items for a given project contract line item number (CLIN) into the main screen table window.

After establishing each item cost element, you can assign items by CLIN for a given project on the Manage CLIN Information screen. You can load more than one project CLIN for a given proposal/revision combination.

Field Description
Project

Enter, or click to select, the project ID that contains the CLIN information that you will enter in the CLIN field below. The description displays in the unlabeled field to the right of the Abbreviation field.

Abbrev

Enter, or click to select, the project abbreviation for the CLIN information that you will enter in the CLIN field below.

CLIN

Enter, or click to select, the CLIN associated with the project. If the project does not contain CLIN information, Costpoint displays a message that it cannot find any information. In this case, check the Manage CLIN Information screen to make sure the project/CLIN information is established. The CLIN description displays in the unlabeled field to the right.

Autoload

Click this button to load end items from the specified project/CLIN list, to display on the table window.
