Contents of the Manage Change Requests Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Change Requests screen.

Manage Change Requests

Field	Description
Application Name	This field displays the selected application name. The available applications are: Company Property Phone/Email Emergency Contacts Address Team Details
Table Name	This field displays the table name.
Approve	Click this button to approve all pending changes.
Reject	Select this button to reject all pending changes.

Approve Change Requests

Field	Description
Change Request Status	From the drop-down list, select the status for the change request. Valid options are Approved, Rejected, and Pending.
Action	This field displays the type of action for the change request.
Status Date	This field displays the time and date when the status of the change request was modified.
Employee	This field displays the ID of the selected employee.
Employee Name	This field displays the first and last name of the employee.
Manager	This field displays the ID of the manager who entered the change request.
Manager Name	This field displays the first and last name of the manager who entered the change request.
HR Approver	This field displays the ID of the HR Manager who modified the status of the change request.
HR Approver Name	This field displays the first and last name of the HR Manager who modified the status of the change request.
Notes	This field displays any notes associated with the change request.
Identifier 1 Name	If applicable, this displays the field name for the key field for the data displayed.
Identifier 1 Original Value	If applicable, this displays the key field for the data displayed.
Identifier 1 Change Request Value	If applicable, this displays the key field for the data displayed.
Identifier 2 Name	If applicable, this displays the field name for the key field for the data displayed.
Identifier 2 Original Value	If applicable, this displays the key field for the data displayed.
Identifier 2 Change Request Value	If applicable, this displays the key field for the data displayed.
Field 1 Name	If applicable, this displays the field 1 name for the data displayed. Note: The screen provides fields with similar functionality for Field 2 up to 30.
Field 1 Original Value	This field displays the original value for field 1 prior to the change request. Note: The screen provides fields with similar functionality for Field 2 up to 30.
Field 1 Changed	This field displays an X if field 1 has been changed. Note: The screen provides fields with similar functionality for Field 2 up to 30.
Field 1 Change Request Value	This field displays the new value for field 1 after the change request. Note: The screen provides fields with similar functionality for Field 2 up to 30.
