Part Documents Subtask

This subtask displays a list of the documents that are assigned to the selected component part in the Release Multiple Engineering Bills of Material screen.

Field Description
Type

This field displays the document's classification.

Document

This field displays the identification code of the document associated with the assembly part.

Rev

This field displays the document revision.

Document Name

This field displays the descriptive name for the document.

Status

This field displays the release status of the document. The various statuses are:

  • Unreleased
  • Released
  • Obsolete
Size

This field displays the size of the document.

Media

This field displays the media code for the document.

CAGE

This field displays the Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) code for the document.

Sheets

This field displays the number of sheets in the document.

Organization

This field displays the organization ID, for which the document belongs.

Maintenance Group

This field displays the maintenance group code for the document.

Location

This field displays the path where the document is stored in the network.

Last ECN

This field displays the last engineering change notice (ECN) associated with the document.

ECN Pending

This field displays Y (Yes) if the document is referenced on a pending ECN. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).

Effective Starting Date

This field displays the date on which the document becomes effective for the assembly part.

Effective Ending Date

This field displays the date on which the document stops being effective for the assembly part.

Configuration

This field displays the configuration of the document.

Print on Assembly Sheets

This field displays Y (Yes) of this document is to be referenced for this part on manufacturing order assembly sheets. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).

Print on Routing Travelers

This field displays Y (Yes) of this document is to be referenced for this part on routing travelers. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).

Print on Receipt Travelers

This field displays Y (Yes) of this document is to be referenced for this part on receipt travelers. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).

Print on POs

This field displays Y (Yes) of this document is to be referenced for this part on purchase orders (POs), requisitions, and request for quotes (RFQs). Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
