Approve Role Users Subtask
Use the subtask to view role users assigned to the current activity, to view role users assigned as a regular and escalate role, and to exclude users from the next activity approval.

| Field | Description |

| Enabled | Clear this checkbox to exclude the role user from the next activity approval. Rows for excluded role users are highlighted in red. |
| Assigned | This check box is selected if the activity is pending or completed, and the user is assigned to it. |
| Activity Name | This field displays the name of the activity. |
| Role Name | This field displays the name of the role assigned to the activity. |
| Built-In Role | This check box is selected if the role is a built-in role. |
| Excluded by Role Filter | This check box is selected if the role is excluded from the activity approval and cannot be assigned because of a role filtering condition. |
| Role Type | This field displays the role type for the role. Options are Regular, Escalate, or Delegate. |
| User ID | This field displays the user ID of the role user. |
| User Name | This field displays the name of the role user. |
| Notify | This field displays the user who is or will be notified by email. |
| User Email | This field displays the email address for the role user. |
| Auto Delegated from User ID | This field displays the user ID of the user who has set up delegation in User Preferences. |
| Auto Delegated from User Name | This field displays the name of the user who has set up delegation in User Preferences. |
