From Outlook, you can add a Workflow button on the Outlook toolbar for launching WFMLIST.EXE. 
  
 
	  
		To add a customized Outlook toolbar: 
		
 
	 
 
	 -  
		  Open an email. 
		   
		
 
-  
		  Go to the 
			 Tools menu and select 
			 Customize to open Customize dialog box. 
		   
		
 
-  
		  Click the 
			 Commands tab and drag 
			 Office Document from the 
			 Commands field of the toolbar. 
		   
		
 
-  
		  With the Customize dialog box still open, right-click the 
			 Office Document icon on the toolbar and set the 
			 Name to 
			 Workflow. 
		   
		  
 
			 To modify the image and display text on the Workflow button, right-click on the Office Document button, and then: 
			 
 
				- Click 
				  Change Button Image to assign a new image to the icon (e.g., Coffee Mug). 
				
 
 
				- Click 
				  Image and Text to display both image and text. 
				
 
 
				- Click 
				  Begin Group to create a divider between the icon and other labels on the toolbar.

		  Right-click on the 
			 Workflow icon, highlight 
			 Assign Hyperlink, and select 
			 Open.

		  Click the 
			 Browse for File icon.

		  Set the Files of type 
			 field to 
			 All Files (*.*).

		  Locate and select the WFMLIST.EXE file in your CSTPOINT directory.

		  Click 
			 OK to finish adding the hyperlink.
