Organization Non-Contiguous Ranges Subtask

Use this subtask on the Print Accounts Receivable Aging Report screen to select a non-contiguous range of organizations to include on the A/R Aging report.

With this subtask, you can create a non-contiguous range that consists of multiple contiguous ranges of organizations, a single organization, or a combination of both.

This subtask is available only if you selected the Non-Contiguous Ranges check box for the primary or secondary sorting group on the Print Accounts Receivable Aging Report screen.

Organization Non-Contiguous Ranges Table

Click on the table toolbar to activate a row in the table. You can enter multiple rows to make up a non-contiguous range of organizations.

Field Description
Range Option

From the drop-down list, select a type of range for the organizations. The options are:

  • One: Select this if you want only one organization on the report. Select one organization in the Starting Organization field. The Ending Organization field is disabled for this option.
  • Range: Select this if you want a range of organizations on the report. Enter the first organization of the range in the Starting Organization field and the last organization in the Ending Organization field.
  • From Beginning: Select this if you want to specify a range that starts at the beginning of all available organizations and ends with the organization that you enter in the Ending Organization field.
  • To End: Select this if you want to specify a range that starts with the organization that you enter in the Starting Organization field and ends with the last of all the available organizations.
Starting Organization

Enter, or click to select, an organization as the start of the range.

This field is available if you select One, Range, or To End in the Range Option field.

Ending Organization

Enter, or click to select, an organization as the end of the range.

This field is available if you select Range, or From Beginning in the Range Option field.
