Contents of the Manage Vendor Certifications Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Vendor Certifications screen.

Vendor Certifications

Note:

Once you use a certification record in a different application, you cannot delete that record until it is no longer used in any application.

Field Description
Certification Code

Enter a unique alphanumeric identifier for the certification record

Certification Name

Enter a name for the certification.

Agency Code

Enter, or click to select, the identifier of the agency that issued the certification.

The value you enter in this field must have a corresponding record on the Manage Agencies screen.

If you entered a value in this field, the Professional Code field is disabled.

Note:

This field is enabled only if you are licensed for Capture and Contracts.

Agency Name

This field displays the name of the agency.

Professional Org Code

Enter, or click to select, the identifier of the professional body that issued the certification.

If you entered a value in this field, the Agency Code field is disabled.

Professional Org Name

This field displays the name of the professional organization.

Show in Lookup

Select this checkbox to display the certification record in field Lookups.

Subtasks

Subtask Description
Level Use the Level subtask to set up different degrees for each certification record.
Status Use the Status subtask to configure statuses for each certification record.
