Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Pay Type Summary Subtask

Use the Pay Type summary subtask to view a total of hours according to pay type.

Field Description
Pay Type This column displays the pay type code entered or applied to the hours.
Note: If overtime is automatically calculated and distributed to overtime codes, the total number of regular hours that were applied to a regular pay type will display. If any of those hours were automatically distributed to an overtime pay type, those codes and hours also display in the subtask.
Pay Type Description This column displays the description of the code, such as Regular or Overtime.
Hours This column displays the number hours entered or applied to the pay type code.
Cost Only Pay Type This field displays a Y for cost only pay types, and it displays an N if it is not a cost only pay type.
