Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Browse Pool Cost/Base Setup Screen

Use this screen to run the Pool Cost or Pool Base Setup Review report.

The report that provides a convenient way to verify the Cost or Base side of the Pool Setup in the accounting system.

Any Pool can be selected and the Orgs and Accounts that make up the Base of that pool can be easily examined.

Field Description
Type

Select the type of report you want to display. Choose from the following options:

  • Cost: Select this option to display revenue and expenses.
  • Base: Select this option to display budgeted revenue and expenses.
Sort

Select the report filter you want to use. Choose from the following options:

  • By Org: Select this option to display the report from the Org perspective, with Accounts under each Org,
  • By Acct: Select this option to display the report from the Account perspective, with Orgs under each Account.
Org ID

Click to select the Org ID.

Fiscal year

Click to select a time period from the FY-Period drop-down list.

Cost Pool

Click to select a pool from the Cost Pool drop-down list.

Subtasks

After you select the Org ID and set other options, Organization/Account displays additional information. Click Organization/Account Details link to display lower level details.
